If you want an actual answer it wasnt streaming that stresses her out up to the point of nerve damage, but the combination of cramming a gazillion meetings into her day + dance/singing lessons + daycare for her family member + trying to please goddamn everyone around her + trying to Stream as much as possible + the good old holomem fear of being instantly forgotten if she doesnt do absolutely everything of the above.

Yes, management needs to step in and tell these girls to TAKE IT SLOWER, but not all of their managers experienced enough to know when to throw on the brakes. I suspect each and every manager has been briefed by now after what's happened, but you bet some holomem is going to get the bright idea that they can fit 30 hours of work into 24 hours of time and try it anyways.
