We're living in a very connected world now. A guitarist that would have been considered a genius years ago is basically the average YouTube shitter in the current year. Talent is more visible than ever. I don't know if vtubing will be around in 30 years from now, but I do know the current best chuubas will be respected but only because they came first, not because they were particularly talented. Nah, Suisei's case happened because she was a workaholic who horribly overworked her vocal box. Back then, she didn't just stream, she had A LOT of offline projects that requires extensive use of her voice.
However, if you just stream for like 25-30hrs per week, that shit becomes completely managable. It's all about managing yourself, letting your vocal box rest between streams, not eating things that'd be dentrimental to your voice, a consistent intake of water during streaming, etcetera etcetera.
I was taught all these things back before Covid when my job required me to give a lot of speeches and presentations to an audience, and my teacher had decades of professional experience so I was inclined to believe him. Especially since everything he taught me worked just like he said it would.
