This didn't go badly at all. If Nyanners had gotten used to Kiara a bit, a 2nd collab would have been much better with Kiara knowing what she could handle and Nyanners not being a doormat. You'd think Kiara could point at that and say outside vtubers are worth the risk for entertainment potential. You'd think even if they think Myth is doing well enough that they'd try to appeal to the twitch fanbase with Council, who could not only use the excitement but also aren't nearly as...introverted as their senpais, so it might work better in some situations. Mori having enough pull to do her own thing is kind of impressive, but doesn't say much about the company at this time.

There's been a lot of time between the first vshojo collab and now. If they were going to continue at some time, they could have tried before that happened. That whole drama was primarily a PR failure over who warned who and when, and didn't reflect badly on the talent at all. There are still the upsides of providing streams that get a lot of attention, and with the added bonus of minimal crossover from twitch, so they wouldn't worry about losing audience.
