Not gonna lie, I liked that there were a few stories Marine mentioned about Kanata even thought she couldn't participate in the stream. One thing that I've noticed this year that might've caused the most change in her throat wear is her screaming a LOT more.

It's not like she didn't use to scream, but her screams became a lot higher pitched, sometimes even hoarse higher-pitched ,which sounds really straining on her throat. She's been streaming horror and Smash a lot more frequently, too, and tends scream a lot in both.

I think that Marine's throat problems are not only because of the overwork of studio recordings and streaming but also for her habits in daily life for example eating very greasy food is a bad thing for the throat and Marine likes things like hamburgers and french fries, we don't know what other kind of greasy stuff she eats, also drinking cold water or any other cold or very hot drink is a bad thing, the same happens if she has stomach reflux which is one of the problems she had last year and the doctor advised her not to eat and to sleep immediately, we don't know if she actually followed that advice, on top of that she loves to drink alcohol and that is also an irritant, Fortunately she does not like smoking. I know all this because I also had throat problems similar to Marine's to the same degree of having bleeding sores, I couldn't even speak and after medical treatment and lifestyle changes it hasn't happened again although there are seasons when I am hoarse which I assume is the same for Marine only she is worse because she forces her voice to stream.
As one anon said above she also needs to take a complete break from everything more often meaning no studio work or recording or anything, a complete shut down and as I said, she needs to improve her lifestyle which ironically being so busy is what pushes her to have all those bad habits in the first place.
Hopefully Marine finally wakes up and realizes that her health is way more important than her career, if she fucks up her voice now it will not only destroy her career but her life too.
