I doubt Moona went to Pekora to hitch a ride. It was clear from the beginning that moona and Pekora both really spent a lot of time figuring out how to make things in Minecraft, so they naturally got closer. They actually shared the same interests in the same game. Kiara on the otherhand does not make any clear effort to make anything mechanically/structurally impressive in minecraft.

And we already know that kiara will likely use these comments as fuel for "anti's" when all we are doing is pointing out facts. If kiara actually wanted to spend time with Pekora, she would actually show that she could be useful when Pekora wants to make something. Also, kiara's personality does not match with Pekora's at all. Moona was the first one who changed Pekora's mind on playing Minecraft alone. And Moona was fine with just being with Pekora even if they didn't talk that much. But Kiara would probably talk nonstop to Pekora.

In other words: Moona likes to play with Pekora (regardless of whether do collab or not), while Kiara only wants to talk to Pekora. This is why Subaru actually matches with Kiara better because they both like to talk. So it is kind of annoying to see her insist to latch onto Pekora when there doesn't really seem to be any clear reason why she likes Pekora (other than her popularity).

Firstly, Sora and Pekora are two very different types of people. Pekora is rather insular and introverted whereas Sora is much more extroverted. This means that it is much easier for Sora to form a relationship with others.

Adding to this, the histories of Miko and Kiara are completely different.
Miko is a vtuber from another company who interacted with Sora once before joining Hololive due to Sora's recommendation. The fact that Sora had a part in Miko's recruitment shows that Sora saw value in Miko and has a level of respect towards her.
Kiara, on the otherhand, had no real prior history with Pekora or vtubing before joining HoloEN. So, there wasn't a real opportunity for Kiara to gain the respect of Pekora before meeting her. Thus, the power dynamics between the two was like a fan and a celebrity. Pekora is rather shy, so this would make her feel uncomfortable, making it harder for Kiara to form a healthy friendship with her.

Nah. Remember that most of Usada Constructions' projects were handled by Pekora solo. Pekora generally only has Moona help out for cosmetic stuff since she's bad at that.

Pekora's always been more of a trendsetter. She built the first mob farm back in the old Holoserver and the others started making farms in the new one. Then she made the TTT and others started doijg similar projects. She built the Pekodam, which gave rise to a boom in 3-dimensional statues (as opposed to the pixel art stuff that was prevalent before). As long as she continues setting trends, Usada Constructions will retain its throne.
