Variety is better if you want to attract an audience that comes to the stream for you and your personality. If you stick to one game or genre you'll get people that only come for the game and will abandon you if you ever try something new.

Doing what you feel like means that you'll likely have a much more enjoyable time. It can be telling for you when you're either happy, tired, excited or not having a good time, so I'd say stick to what you enjoy.

I hope she thinks about how to balance attracting new viewers with what she enjoys and what the existing audience enjoys when she picks games. As for new costumes, I like to see ones that show off more of the vtuber's tastes. The outfit can reinforce things we already know, or even reveal new aspects we didn't know about them before.

She touched on not wanting to do the sub badges in public because she doesn't want to attach bad memories to the badges if people complain, and how the badges are permanent (they aren't permanent). Maybe this is what happened to the badgers? If true, my suggestion on how to fix it would be to draw on model badgers (pink, white paper, optional flower) with cute faces like the one in her logo. Maybe she'll start feeling happy about them again if she sees that.

I prefer right, it might not be a badger but it's pretty cute IMO. It's also possible to extend further for when she eventually needs a badge beyond 1 year compared to the flower where I have no idea how it could be extended. You can already see she was struggling to even get to 6 badges for the flowers.

I still think the original ones she scribbled on YouTube were more fitting. I don't try really consider the creature on the right to be a badger. But I'm happy she didn't decide to go with completely unrelated stuff.

I dunno how well you could see the difference between the first 3 faces when they're shrunk down, and most of my attachment to badgers was because the "Nade gives each badger their own sticky-note" part warmed my heart. Meanwhile the flowers are still on-theme and give a stronger sense of progression. So I voted for flowers.
