If you have enough people promoting the post you can easily hit the front page there and let lurkers do the rest. It only takes around 10 or so upvotes within the first hours of it being made. Otherwise she'll just have to do her networking reps. Show up in other vtubers' chats, be active (but do NOT advertise), make friends. Tag your fucking videos. Post on more than just one platform. Make clips.

I've seen non-chuubas do that with stuff like darkest dungeon. I guess it can work for moddable games and anything you can play over and over again. RTStubers are still on the incline so that is also working.
