Her laziness combined with her general incompetence has already tired out the the "gap moe" factor.

She hyped up her pokemon experience and nerdiness, yet she refused to prepare for even 5 fucking minutes to read up on the new pokemon game, and failed the worst across almost all Hololive streamers. Despite supposedly targeting tourney level teams in her previous zatsudan, she literally failed against tutorial level enemies.

Gap moe from incompetence is cute if you actually show even the smallest effort to try to improve. If you show nothing but absolute laziness and continued incompetence, it's not gap moe - it's just a leecher stealing pocket money from viewers.

Sigh, the newcomer hype has already passed to JP6, and they certainly are making better use of it than Kronii, with Chloe already passing her in subscribers. It's just sad.

If they were hurting for money, they know what games to play, have superchats turned on and would play for long periods of time. If they are content with the ad revenue from residual VOD views and membership, sponsorships they've taken, merchandise sales, they are probably happy with what they are earning. Not everyone is aiming to be a puppet for your entertainment like Selen and Pekora, to constantly stream so they can keep your attention so that you won't leave them for the next new toy vtuber that debuts.

Generally I think you don't really know who is good or bad until least 6 months after debut or often later. We are only just getting to the point with Myth.

New vtubers usually lean heavily on their character and tropes and over time gradually get used to it and find their comfort zone between being themselves and playing the character and the confidence with that usually means they are more able to do things they're actually interested in and enjoy the job more. None of the myth girls act like they did at this stage in their roles and the Council girls will change over time as well. Bae is already pretty far down that road.

I don't care much about Kronii, but she has really good chemistry with Irys or at least Irys can use her to make her streams more entertaining so I'm glad she exists.
