For a future 4th gen, I'd like someone that could bring something new to the table, such as a drummer so my oshi can have his Holostars band, anyone with deeper musical knowledge, or a guy that can fill in specific niches like Kaoru did and be good at them. Having another FPS fag would be a pretty good way to get the branch's name out there since you'd have two members participating in tourneys, even better if he specializes in most FPS games and not only Apex (not in my original post, but now that I'm seeing how the Apex competitive scene is slowly dwindling, it's crucial for the guy to excel at other FPS games). Overall I believe it's important for a hypothetical new gen to have extroverted collab monsters that also like to collab a lot within their own branch, that way they can easily assimilate to the family feel the boys have and make any new viewers check out everyone else.

Was Astel being a leech playing Apex with Festival? That's around an order of magnitude in sub gap, but no one cared. To be in a similar spot with someone like Bae, you'd need only 50kish subs, Ollie 90k, and Mori 180k. Given the massive size of the EN fanbase, and how many of the current Homo fanbases are disproportionately EOPs compared to most Holos, those numbers wouldn't be that hard to hit.

The ID members earn around the same if not more than the Stars in terms of absolute amount. If you factor in ID cost of living then they are living like kings. Most of them can probably sustain themselves just purely streaming (and in fact they do). Can you say the same about the stars? More than half the stars are not doing this as their main job.

For the JP branch to not collapse when the EN branch finally debuts.
A significant of their fanbases is made up of EOPs which are finicky as best and outright annoying at their worst (endless collab begging).

Taking reference from your biased list of streams (because supas from special events are not the way to measure their success like what >>14279579 said), Astel, the "most successful" star member here, is basically EOP central with maybe Izuru at second. If an EN branch debuts now, most of his fanbase (and the general holostars fanbase) is going to migrate away to the EN side (because of their finicky nature, which if you don't believe, just look at Arurandeisu's english streams). This leaves the JP branch with just a few JOPs and much worse off than before. Contrast this to the HoloJP, which already has a sizable JOP viewership before HoloEN debuted, so when HoloEN debuted, you don't see the JP side suffer, and probably got a viewership boom from the exposure they got from the EN side.

If your "most successful" member (astel in this case) in your branch is going to fucking crash if they debut StarsEN now, which company in the right mind would do so? StarsEN is going to cannibalise the viewership on the JP side. Until the Stars get more JOP viewership (which they can try fixing partially with a new JP gen) to avoid the collapse of EOP viewership when StarsEN debuts, I don't see Cover debut StarsEN anytime soon.
