I don't think she has a high IQ at all. She has unintentionally done things that considered stupid or retarded that any other regular joe would make. Her way of motivation and success seems to stem from a huge inferiority complex. Not that she frequently blames herself as a victim of bad circumstances, but someone who puts in a lot of effort to appease others and is willing to double down practice, training and resources to make things happen. It actually paid well off for her. It might become a problem once she gets very complacent and lazy. But her fame is well deserved.

Gura might be a bit adhd, and/or kind of a dipshit, but I'd argue some of that is part of her act. some. she might not be the most intelligent, but she is definitely well versed as a streamer and knows how to operate. Definitely not showing her full hand.

Calli is multitalented, but that could be her insane work ethic/ workaholic tendencies. She's great in a lot of fields. Again, maybe not classically "smart," but she can learn and thrive in many fields. Prone to "moments"

Pekora seems too self aware to be dumb, but probably not top contender.

For that matter, I'd bet Korone and Pekora are a bit older. Not turbo smart, but seem to have more experience.

I'm an engineer and the ammount of smart engis that are genuinely too autistic to make the rest of the team do what needs to be done is astounding. Charisma is a real thing. You can't make people make what you want them to do by being an autistic asshole and just speaking about numbers even if you are right. Management needs to be "emotionally intelligent". Same goes for a streamer. Unless you are too talented to be ignored, a good personality goes way further than just talent or smarts.

Gura is not the most talented girl and she is pretty bad for most games, but it's really hard to dislike her based on her personality. She knows how to meme and how to get an audience's attention. This is the second time she gets +1M subs. Saying she's completely retarded and unskilled is dumb since she's the most popular Holo streamer WHILE hiding her powerlevel. Except that IQ is a solid predictor of job success in various fields. The so-called emotional intelligence is not, and charisma/leadership abilities are better defined within the Big Five personality traits system. Heck, in terms of charisma it's not an absolute system but a relative one. Back at school I was among the quiet kids, but in my uni, which is full of near autist level people, I easily take leadership roles when I want to.
