The synchronization would be an absolute nightmare to set up but on the the bright side one could do the art alone if she/he has any art experience as the mode would be l is fairly simple.
Writing lore would be simple and paying to the galaxy theme playing kerbal space program, mario galaxy, or even something like stellaris would also work thematically and be fun to see.

You should network with people you admire and people you think you can get along with. It may seem silly to raid bigger chuubas, and there are certainly diminishing returns if you raid someone you know will never, ever interact with you, but don't be afraid to step outside of your comfort zone. It's not just about clout or exposure. Its a good way of interacting with someone you may be interested in building rapport with. Have fun with it, don't overthink it.
Same thing goes for Discords. Don't be that person who joins every discord and just posts in the going live channel, or just to shill. Join to interact with someone and be a part of their community. As a viewer, I very rarely bother to check out chuubas who post in the going live channels, especially if that's the only place they post. But I appreciate it when they give back or interact with the community I'm a part of.
Networking is just a fancy word for socializing. Get out there and mingle.

Breakpoints

I think there's several breakpoints that 'allow' you to raid up and down much easier.

If you've >4, then you can raid friends, acquaintances, or other streamers sitting on sub-10. You're raiding with yourself, a bot, and some lurkers who've probably fallen asleep.
5<10, you can realistically push for up to around 20 without issue, up to 50 if you're semi-active in their community.
10+, I'd say you're good to go up to 100, but this is where it gets tricky again - you need active viewers. If it's you and one active chatter, going into 90 viewers... Well, that looks a bit shit.
Second axis is how many are active. If you raid into a 30view, with 4 active and useful non-shitposting chatters, that's really good, and you can punch above your weight. But if it's just you posting, then raiding with a party of 50 that wilts away looks cloutchasey.

A third 'axis' would be your familiarity with the streamer. Are you their IRL friend? Long-term simp/subscriber? Active chat member? You can probably fudge your numbers around a little.
Will it be your first post there? That's highlighted now, consider being more circumspect.

Final point - celebrations ignore this. If it's someone's birthday, subathon, charity event, or whatever, then they will (nearly) always appreciate a raid of more than 1.
