The female market is currently focused on quite huge youtubers like Markiplier and so on and male streamers are always the most popular ones anyways. There just needs to be one out of the park hit to expose the possibilities to the larger mainstream in the west.

This is the normal thing that happens in the 3D idol scene, especially small indie idols. Stream chat is like the buppan/cheki line after each show. When you're performing to the same 20-40 (sometimes as low as 10) customers every week in shoebox venues it's natural to start recognizing regulars. Remembering stuff about them to encourage repeat business isn't hard from that point on.

Eh, I agree that Kazu does have a bit of a problem with dead air, but it really isn't anything particular since most of the time it's because he's getting into the game and he does try to add comentary whenever he can, a bigger problem with him would be his way of speech which is honestly pretty monotone and makes him sound tired and bored all the time, which technically fits the character but, yeah.
