Have you ever been read by a streamer you like or god forgive, actually made one laugh? the dopamine hits lke a train. And sometimes chatters help cover for silence, makes the stream more dynamic, like a back and forth. It's not like that for bigger streamers since they can't even fucking read chat from sheer speed alone. but in smaller chats it creates a decent dynamic (as long as it doesn't devolve into a 1 on 1 streamer/chatter thing or 1 on 2-3. but rather streamer getting to pick between a few different messages)
