a) Bora got 2.5k without any support, this means no original songs, no 3D, just a Live2D 2.0 and some covers. Imagine what she could do with voice training, a 3D, and an orison.
b) Bora did rather limited collabs with Nijisanji. She basically had no collabs with Chihiro, the face of NijiApex, and mostly spent her time with either pros or Vspos. Imagine the exposure she could get from having bigger name collabs.
