Even ignoring the surface level problem of unnecessarily bringing in a dark subject matter into what should be a light hearted stream, let's look at the best possible interpretation of what you wrote. You've basically said "You are the reason I don't cut myself." Even if that's not what you meant, that's how it's read. Think a moment about what implication that has. You're telling your oshi that basically you're using her as a tool to help your psychological issues. Not only is that a lot of weight to put on her shoulders, it's not even her job, or anything she has any control over. She shouldn't have to think about how what she does has an impact on unwell people's well-being. Even if it's true that she helped you with that, which would be a good thing, it's not something you should put on her.

She's not a counselor, she's an entertainer. She doesn't have the tools or know-how to support you, and even if she did, she doesn't have the means to use them, not through a stream where she's doing whatever.

Most importantly, she didn't "help" you stop self-harming. She didn't stop your hand from using a blade, nor did she give you helpful advice to work through your problems. What she did do is brighten your life to the point where you had enough strength to defeat that problem yourself. That's a great thing, and that's what you should be highlighting because that is actually something related to what she does. So rather than framing your words of encouragement around your own personal issues, talk about what she actually did, e.g. make you laugh, make you think, gave you something to look forward to, whatever it was that she actually did that impacted your life for the better rather than "helping you defeat an addiction to self harm" which she most certainly wasn't even aware was happening.
