I'm seconding this anon. It's a shame that vtubers with a nice natural voice are voicing a high-pitch tone. Like Kiara or Ollie, their natural, deeper voice is way better but they turn this soothing tone into a ear-piercing screeching voice. Do you plan on doing anything creative beyond streaming games/songs ? In mind I have what Hachaama recently did (sadly completely deleted). But that was very engaging for the viewers how she included fan artworks, and generally interesting from a creative standpoint.
As an example, I wish Ame did an ARG as she's a detective. Something original that lasts multiple streams and engages the viewers. We came close to that with the Halloween picture but that was very simple. Though I understand things like that are a lot of work.

First of all, WAY better than what little I saw of your streams, you sounded like a drag queen trying to do an impression of mickey mouse.
Second, sounding girly is less about pitch and more about HOW you speak.
You sound monotonous and you speak quietly, so it certainly isn't charismatic.
Try being louder. don't go full blown screaming, but when you talk quietly your range is hurt by it a lot.
Consider vtubers like Towa and Calli, they have low voices (I think Calli is around the same pitch as you) but they sound unmistakably girly because of HOW they speak, not what note they hit.
Both volume and monotony are problems that usually come from unease, you're lacking confidence, it's normal, but this is what you need to work on.
The more comfortable you are the more charismatic your voice will be, any improvements you want to make consciously for example through a coach (and I'm not saying stop going to one, can't hurt if you can afford it) depend on confidence as a foundation.
