Because she doesn't really need to stream much or consistently anymore. She's got a built-in fanbase and audience which will love her no matter what she does, and the money from memberships and superchats will keep on rolling in, so there's no need to bust her ass trying to grow the channel further. We've seen this over and over with the less motivated Holos such as Ayame and Kronii. Frankly, we should be grateful she even streams as much as she does.

As others have noted she also seems like she'd rather work on the production end of things as well.
