I'm finding it harder and harder to keep caring about vtubers

>They played Minecraft, again
>Same old stories and tidbits over and over because there's just so much to talk about yourself when you spend your everyday life on the internet and playing videogames.
>There's some drama between X and Y so they are avoiding each other
>She's playing horror games and making weird sounds...again

Even my oshi I just tune in to one of her streams very ocassionally anymore. I see no point. Even being here and reading the threads lately seems pointless, with too much people caring too much about shit that ultimately doesn't matters.

In the end they are just women playing videogames badly. You aren't really loving your life when watching them, you are just watching someone else consume content for you. It's fun for a while but after that you feel an itch to start doing things yourself instead, you know?

why don't you try some new vtubers instead?

You aren't supposed to consume all vtubers all day every day
You're especially not supposed to watch them if it's a game you don't care about

I pretty much only sit in for unarchived karaoke streams now, everything else is boring
i went from being a clipfag to being a stream watcher, and now I'm back to being a clipfag
streams are way too long with very little happening in the whole stream, it's so much easier to just watch a few minutes of clips and get the best parts together

I had something similar happened to me a few months ago and I found that watching other Vtubers actually helped, specifically ones on twitch. I enjoy Hololive but their autism involving permissions gets really annoying. There's a lot of games out there that I personally enjoy that they can't play but others can. Saruie Is a twitch Vtuber that I recently started watching and I enjoy a lot of her content. She kind of pulled me out of the Vtuber burn out. Sometimes it's kind of nice checking the more independent tubers instead of just sticking with big company names.

I watch chuubas so I can get better at APEX seeing what they do

Maybe she's not your real oshi, or watching vtubers is actually not your thing.
copy-paste my reply for a double deja Vu.
>Burned out watching vtubers
>Followed some Anon's advice to only watch your oshi and drop anyone else
>Ended up dropping everyone, because I don't have an Oshi
>Checking out an Utaite channel that I know
>found out he actually has Live2d, info was leaked by his friends
>got hyped and waited eagerly for his debut
>Months later still waiting
>His latest stream was 3 months ago
>Cries
>Masturbate furiously to his voice, imagining having hate-sex with him
>Realizing he's the only one and my true Oshi.

I don't think I'm burning out from vtubers. I just don't have the energy to watch those vtubers who I thought were my oshis, but actually weren't. Maybe you have similar case, go watch some Indies/vtuber/find new hobby

>> No.12613985

I only watch clips, occasionally dropping in for streams of games I care about
It's as entertaining as the first time I started watching

I actually like Saruei too
I thought it would be another "haha sex" vtuber and she is but there's something more about her that's really likable.
Which is even more weird because i'm bri'ish

I ironically discovered her because Mori commissioned her for her dakimakura.

Do you actually enjoy watching the chuubas or are you just addicting to /vt/ and don't want to be out of the loop

I think another thing to consider anon is that most corporate vtubers (Nijisanji to a lesser extent) are fucked when it comes to permissions
So most just play Apex and Minecraft
Like the other anons said, you probably just need to branch out and try others

>>12614116
My only gripe with her is that she's one of those artists that say you have to have permission to post her art
Like at that point, just put your shit behind fanbox or patreon if it's that much of an issue, who the fuck cares

I'm not burned out, but the language keeps stopping me from enjoying more. I do want to study the language, but I don't know if it's really worth it. Most likely because of, not enough motivation, no idea where to start, and learning a language is like marrying the language.

I just want a good english vtuber that streams at euro hours...

This is because you are just jumping on a fad and never really cared about vtubers.

>> No.12615489

I think you just need a different perspective. I was similar to you until I started watching niji jp (since their August concert) and a bit of vspo (their academic test stream). Now I'm a basically a unitychad.

I felt like that too. Until I stumbled upon the real deal that is.

anyone else feeling the burnout from hololive? it's starting to get boring to be honest. i'm planning on taking a break for a week and see what happens

A little worse.
I haven't been watching much of any Hololive since Coco left.

You've reached the end of the vtuber bandwagoning cycle. From here on out it's just shitposting until a new fad springs up that we can all get excited about.

They could still save it by shilling doge and making people money. But aside form that, I'd rather watch Danball Senki.

I have been a huge Selen fan since from the beginning but lately I have stopped watching her because of the toxicity and went back to watching real streamers again. Maybe I'll check out the other corpo chuubas cause indies are just not my cup of tea.
