Yeah, you're probably right, though I had no clue how to navigate the UI even though I had played TERA before. It's really just not very good and intuitive.

I think the race / armor designs were too niche for it to succeed in the West, and the devs just decided to milk the dedicated fanbase for all they could and abandon the project once income decreased. From what Pippa told it really sounded like mismanagement.
