The answer is Kuzuha. Without him Niji would be about the same size as 774. Its a super hard carry. If he ever left they would be doomed. Hololive would take a hit but they would be fine if Gura or Pekora left since they have other strong talents to pick up the slack. Nijisanji, on the other hand, is Kuzuha. They are nothing without him.
