That's why these women go for being an e-girl, it's the probably the job with the highest ratio of income/effort you can find and it doesn't require any academic knowledge, just charisma and social skills (specially for the earlier holos that had to actually build the brand the new ones are surfing on).
Being able to take a vacation at any time and have a "work week" of only 8-12 hours while still earning a sizable income is the dream of a lot of people. Holos are the ones that made it.
