I never kept up with Mori, but it looks like she's gotten a lot more comfortable as a solo streamer. I know people are concerned about her collabing with her friends outside of Holo, but not only would she be more entertaining with people she's comfortable with, it would also have the possibility of advertising vtubers to a new audience. Subnautica was entertaining as long as you aren't expecting a serious attempt at clearing it and just want to see a girl being way too scared of fish.
Idol Manager recently was fun, she used all the other NijiEN girls and got really invested in the drama the game generates.
Hades was good to watch live and more chill but most of her streams of that are 8-10hrs long and I am not sure how much fun it is watching loads of failed runs until she finally gets there as an archive.
I liked her play throughs of Helltaker and Superliminal for things that are shorter watches.
If you like games like Omori her playthrough of that is nice, she does a good job of voicing the characters nicely without it being obnoxious.
Cookie Clicker and Stanley Parable Baby game endurance streams were both great that is basically 8hrs of zatsudan each while mindlessly pushing buttons with NijiEN members dropping in from time to time.
I really like her first two Minecraft streams too and her minecraft in general, so if you wanted to see what she was like early on that could be worth watching but I know a lot of people would rather not watch minecraft.

Membership so far she has done a normal zatsudan with acapella karaoke including her original song, two or three streams of HxH watchalong, and another zatsudan where the point was her getting to know more about the chat.

I've been in that thread since pre-debut, and I can really say it's the worst it's ever been. Not because of the shitposting, but there is just so little that is even worth reading. The individual threads ate up a lot of posters that aren't interested in more than a few people, which is understandable but also has reduced the post quality a lot. She's actually been good at playing games that require a bunch of repetition. Nina knows games a lot better than I expected, so it's been pretty nice to have her in Elira streams a couple times to teach her things. She's not very good at games so hasn't made much progress in ones that require building up a lot of skill in a short time, but she never gets tilted, which is pretty nice. For member streams that I know about, Lazulight hasn't done very much yet. Finana's members Honkai Impact armada was full as of this stream, but she was opening up more spots. Pomu does random talking which has been really worth it so far. Petra did a stream where she did voice requests from the chat, but she seems kind of confused with what to do. She wanted to do more piano stuff, but since that's her biggest draw those really need to be public. Elira likes to talk about the horrible shounen anime she likes. Selen has done some games with members? But she also wants to do watchalongs with some of the most unironically terrible movies you can imagine.

I also really liked Amelia's membership while I had it, but not sure what it's like now. Gura's was alright, but her karaoke stuff that is the draw gets uploaded right after she does it so it's not worth money for that. Plus with Holo EN, no matter how much you might like the content, viewer interaction is about impossible even in membership streams because of how many people there are. It's only going to get worse for both Niji and Holo after gift memberships are added for youtube next year.

If they would ever collab, Apex isn't a good idea. They could play almost any other coop FPS and the skill gap wouldn't be too noticeable. Selen likes all kinds of FPS games though, so I'm sure the game wouldn't be a problem. Amelia has seemed pretty reluctant to collab outside of Hololive though, so I wouldn't bet on anything happening even if management loosens the leash.

I guess I can see the idea behind it? Give some people who can do the main job some support so that they survive or fail based on that rather than failing at the advertising or business sides, then burning out and quitting. Although I kind of doubt they are completely new. I guess the problem I see is that it's hard to grow out of that, and as a rookie you are bound to give some poor performances that are going to hurt your reputation later on. Of course, if a corporation controls the info flow they might be able to wipe it out a lot easier once they reincarnate. Also if a menhera episode hits, they can keep them from ruining themselves in public rather than plastering it all over twitter.

With Selen's "Apex" stream, she fails to download the game on patch day while dicking around in Minecraft. Pomu logs on, they play reasonably nice while laughing all the time like Beavis and Butthead until it turns into a war, leading to Pomu shooting crossbow bolts into her own house while Selen hides behind an iron golem, which Pomu also aggroes. They hold a viking burial for the parrot, then Bonniver logs on and they all act stupid in the mines for a while until the game patches. Then Selen plays Apex, but it wasn't nearly as memorable.

I have all of Lazulight + Obsydia's memberships at the moment.

Pomu's members streams are mostly zatsudan, but she's willing to go on more about personal topics about herself. Sadly she hasn't done many streams up till now.
Finana is similar to Pomu (especially since both of their first members streams was a collab with each other). You can join her Honkai alliance if you want to. She'll definitely do something "Anime 2" related at some point soon.
Elira so far has done zatsudans and her full series Hunter x Hunter watchalong. Even if you don't care about the anime, it's just really fun to hear Elira talk about something she's super passionate about.
Selen has done the most with her membership so far. She makes a decent amount of community posts, has done a member's gameplay stream, and karaoke. She also puts some of her Apex practice and test streams for members only.
Petra has done the least for streams, but is fairly active with community posts. Her Weathering with You watchalong was great if your anime tastes are similar to hers.

Going to say upfront that Rosemi is my Niji oshi and I'm obviously biased towards her. Most of her members streams so far have been combo zatsudan + karaoke streams (Pomu does this too, but she has public karaoke streams), which is great as Rosemi is pretty shy when it comes to full on karaoke streams. She also had a member's gameplay (Melty Blood) stream where it was fairly easy to get into a lobby with her, and she bantered with her opponents in her own unique way. She'll definitely do more in the future, so it's absolutely worth it if you want to play fighting games with her.

However, despite all of that, my favorite membership is Polka's. It's a very interesting experience.
