Yes, Kuzuha's Vampire is an extremely rare case of a JP cover growing at the same rate as a Gura cover.
There's never been a Niji cover that has had legs as strong as Kuzuha's KING so it'll be interesting if this can match it in pace.

Pretty sure someone unsubbed to Hololive will not get any recommendations to watch Holo streams even if they have 30k viewers.

Twitch system of recommendation depends on your already established follows and doesn't change in real time unlike you tube where recommendations change with every stream or video i watch. it also depends on views.
