Even if all the talent gets snatched up by other companies, Hololive could have the cream of the crop from pretty much anywhere with a simple DM. Who would say no to being directly scouted into Hololive? Besides, Cover probably isn't that worried, they're at least as interested in "unorthodox" talents like musicians and artists as they are in vtubers or streamers.

No, they have been doing auditions since march and nobody met their requirements so they will be focusing on the other branches instead.

Honestly, I can see them just not have anymore groups after Council. I don;t really think Council did all the well numbers wise except Kronii, who is basically making early 2021 Mori numbers. Also IRyS also kinda flopped hard and so i think their VSinger brand also will be canceled. Plus I think a lot of the talent pool would rather go to Niji since they won't have the collab restrictions that Hololive has. You only go to Hololive if you want numbers, but those numbers are not assured.
