I've only had experience with 5e cause that's what the TTG club at my highschool ran. I'd like to get into more in-depth stuff but I don't have the time to invest at the moment. Er, I've also GM'd for Everyone Is John but given how light that game is I'm not sure it counts.
As I understand it, CR made newbies form really high expectations for DMs and campaigns. I have a normie friend who likes it though. As for the videos themselves, it's pretty obvious much of the campaign is heavily scripted to try to keep viewers engaged, but even then all of the shopping trips and shit get reaaally monotonous at times.
13) I'm not sure. I have a couple of hypotheses as to why they don't work:
- Perhaps modern "weeb" market is based more around cute female characters than male characters, and the low viewercount for male vtubers is a result of taking too small a slice out of that market's customers.
- Maybe fujos value narrative as a vehicle for their male characters whereas the male audience doesn't care for it as much.
- Additionally, we could look outside of the "weeb" market to see where male vtubers have competition. Namely, there's k-pop idols.

1) Rose and Neko. You cannot make me choose between them. Rose's endless energy, immense creativity, and powerful personality make it impossible to stay away except for when she tries to speedrun minecraft again. Neko is a very sweet girl who works hard and enjoys what she does, then dots her streams with bizarre tangents to catch your off-guard. Her game selection is varied and interesting. Her voice is also amazing, and I eagerly anticipate more karaoke in the future.
2) Keep the Africat thread alive and draw attention to the two when I can. I was also the green intern at /home/ who encouraged making and bumping chuuba promotion posts to the vtuber subreddit. What the cats need now are clippers, especially after today's Rose stream.
3) Rose doesn't have many artists. Nina drew a bit for her, alker did something for the portal 2 collab, sakkeus seems to have contributed the most, and Ash has drawn a couple lewds that are kept a secret. I don't have the connections nor know-how to motivate more artists to her. I can only hope they saw stuff like Rose's maid outfit and got a bit of inspiration.

It depends entirely on what the redeem is and how often it's used.
Kongou for example has a bunch of theoretically good redeems, but the high KI ones are extremely disruptive to the flow of the stream, so I'm usually too nervous to cause that kind of interference.
Low commitment redeems that are quickly dealt with are fine though, as long as they don't get spammed, like Arypie's Bwahahaha.
Drink/Stretch redeems are always fine.
