Niji's ads were plastered over Holo's streams for a while, too. Where do those "many Westerners" usually visit that they don't even know about Niji? Just because someone doesn't watch Niji doesn't mean they don't know about Niji as well. The early clipping environment surrounding Niji was actually pretty hostile since there was a lot more of that "they're taking (my oshi) out of context" volatility surrounding it, and that narrative and reaction playing out caused the clipping community to largely stay more at arm's length from Niji content as a result. Since Hololive also has a KR fanbase, it wouldn't surprise me if Cover hires someone fluent in KR in ID3.
