/vt/ - Virtual Youtubers

For newfriends and fa/tg/uys: this is a Chronicles of Darkness (CofD) homebrew being played by the fabulous ladies of Hololive English, running under the Hunter: the Vigil module. As most of the players are new to the world of tabletop RPGs, this campaign is being played as more of learning experience, with fun and entertainment the primary goals.

as THE STORYTELLER.
Everyone's beloved, buxom, pink-haired, adorably awkward rappin' reaper. A solid journeyman in playing tabletop, she is the acting GM and organizer of this campaign.
>Takanashi Kiara
as TIARA
An explosively extroverted phoenix and savvy owner of the moderately popular fast food franchise, Kiara Fried Phoenix (KFP). Her experience in TTRPGs is limited to a small amount of DnD played as a child. Her character is Tiara, a nobly born foreigner with a talent for handguns and communicating with birbs, particularly her pet owl, Uhu.

as YUUL
A soft-spoken, sweet-natured priestess of the Deep Ones, also a talented artist whose character renditions has fueled the flood of Huntermyth fanart. A newbie in the realm of TTRPGs. Her character is Yuul B. Alwright, a sleep-deprived college grad student with a talent for academics, crafts, and vehicular homicide.

as WATOTO
An animal-loving time traveler and detective with a rough-and-tumble approach to life. Yet another newcomer to the realm of TTRPGs. Her character is Watoto, a paranoid, conspiratorial dealer of herbal concoctions and drugs who holds his own with rough street charisma and his fists.

as SCOUT
An infectiously amiable shark, long-time resident of the underwater kingdom of Atlantis. She is also new to TTRPGs, but don't let that fool you, her roleplay and improv performance so far has been nothing less than masterful. After going through multiple drafts and iterations, she has settled upon the party's final character: an illiterate, tough-as-nails country blacksmith named Scout, a melee and survival powerhouse.

Thanks to OP for putting this up. I usually keep /HMG/ regularly, but I've been absolutely fucking buried by IRL duties, unable to even be at my PC most hours. I managed to update the character breakdowns though.

Good info to know: Uhu was not teleported with the party.

Yuul looking a little beat up right now. Hopefully they think to do some first aid when the next session starts. Smart move, having the lowest HP character do the shooting gallery.

Added some extra stats to their sheets: funds and experience. Thought it would be nice to keep track of them. Some small items were removed from their inventory due to being sort of quest-specific to the Romano Manor mission.

Also, Chad's status updated from unknown to alive. Shame on the party for not bringing Chad along; Calli was all but begging to insert herself as a party member for a little while.

I'd agree if I didn't know how much Calli loves Geist, her favorite setting out of WoD, to be certain. She wants to run a Geist campaign badly, but is aware of how much of a struggle it would be for her newbie genmates. It isn't a huge stretch for Bertha to be a Sin-Eater, as she's been a Hunter for 35 years and was one of the cell's original members. She's seen some shit for sure.

Oh it's confirmed I was thinking they may skip this week. Nijis are having DnD later this week too.

Calli loving Geist should make you agree, the only way Bertha is a Sin-Eater is if Calli knows frighteningly little about the game she loves. Anchor lines up with everything that was said, Sin-Eater works if half of what was said is a lie/Calli doesn't know basic facts about Sin-Eaters.
