I'm still wondering why I, a chad slovenly neckbeard, should become a Koreaboo.

Don't like manwah, don't care about idols because webm related, don't care about knockoff anime, don't care about food I'll never be able to try because a man can't just whore himself out to get by in a foreign country like women can, and don't see much glorious Korean trad culture wank (most likely because they're incredibly westernized and suck both globohomo and pooh bear dick every chance they get).

In order to care about a country one must care about its culture, and it doesn't seem like Korea has any aside from "lick the boot and die in the mines" or "which kind of plastic surgery would you like to start with, Anonymous-nim?"

Korea has always been thought to have no interest in vtubing, as evidenced by NijiKR, but there does seem to be a definite interest growing in Hololive from Korean speaking people if korean clips are anything to go by, though whether its Korean Americans or not is another question.

It would be a big risk, and there are landmines associated, but if the Korean interest continues, then maybe a foray into a branch would work out.

Russians has even less economic power than the spanish sphere, to be honest the best that an spanish market can bring is a lot of easy sponsors (no joke), a lot of spanish streamers gets a ton of them, for the talent is better to search in Spain, ironically the proportion of big streamers among them is 9/1 of 10

One thing is any Korean talent would be almost required to know either Japanese or English.

English is one thing, I imagine there are many that would know, but Japanese might be an issue.

Also it depends on how friendly the market is for sponsorships. Would there be korean companies willing to sponsor or collab with a hypothetical HololiveKR to shill products?

If there is a Hololive KR branch though, I think it would follow the 'idol' leanings of HololiveJP moreso than HololiveEN though, as the culture is there for it.
