On another note: Here is a comparative chart between October 2020 and 2021

In 2020, from 1 to 25, the then existing Holo Girl streamed a collective
>1841 hours
In 2021, only
>1598 hours

Evenm accounting for the absences of Marine, Coco and AZKi (heh ,yeah) those only add up to 56 hours missing.

With that said, adding the remaining girls that weren't there in 2020, the number of hours adds up to 2022, which more than surpasses the 2020 number.
Seems like ID2, Irys and Council really came to allow for the rest of the girls to stream more sparsely and still keep the whole Hololive schedule filled.

O ye fools of little faith. Some may bash Kronii for not maximizing numbers by playing off stream but she currently has something better than numbers, she has a character arc. Like a typical denizen of Yagoos house of broken girls, Kronii is an autist. In particular, she’s a kuudere who doesn’t want others to share her struggle. This is her flaw that she will overcome in her idol journey. Mark my words, eventually she’ll be grinding a game and she will say something with her low voice along the lines of “Y’know playing with you guys isn’t bad. I thought it was better to just show you what I can do but now, I like being on a journey with you” It’ll be her pekomoona moment and cement her place as a high tier holo.

From a pure, cold, business perspective it's the correct move, as collabing with NijiEN is all risk and no reward for HoloEN. Seriously, what do they actually gain? A slightly better reputation among a group of seething collab beggars? This isn't a charity, they're not obligated to try and boost NijiEN in any way, shape or form.

Yeah, they're taking the consistent streams meme too easily. It works because they're JP and their main timeslot is at night/evening jst. EN is spread far apart so there's really no primetime for ENs. Gura & Ina already developed viewers in their timeslots. Competing with them and hoping a few would join you if they don't stream on that day is pointless.

IMO, if NijiJP did a server reset or a "New Server" as a way of resetting things and introducing all of the current biome and world gen updates, it could kickstart something, but I don't believe there's enough desire amongst all of NijiJp to do so. It's rough...I know Hololive has already done that before, as the current Holoserver isn't the same as the first one where Aqua had her Hololive resistance antics vs Sora.

I sincerely fail to even start to imagine how having a collab partner from outside the company would improve Kiara's streams, solo or in company collab.

Not even dissing Kiara here, I can understand the value of a cross company collab between people that are already close (like Haachama and Hoshikawa) but Pomu and Kiara would pretty much be like Kiara and Nyanners

It was not the server reset that brought new life into the server.

It was a deliberate effort by Aqua, in a period all other girls were balls to the wall on Ark and Sora was dipping her toes on the ghost town that the Holo Server had become.

Calli collabbed with Ironmouse and it was cute as fuck. Ticked the "collabed with" check never to interact again.
If there is no real connection - like Haachama and Hoshikawa, Tamaki and half the industry, even Boran Nun and Towa which hit off very well through Apex - there is no upside in allowing a collab just because and it is 100% potential downsides if you are the top dog.

Pomu had 1.6k members during the first hour or so of her membership opening stream, with many more joining after.

Elira has the most subs, good views, and good CCV, but normally doesn't get the highest SC (this month was an exception due to both her birthday and hitting 200k).
Selen has the best CCV, best views, and good superchat, but doesn't have the highest subs (yet).
Pomu gets great SC month after month, and her CCV is decent, despite her having the lowest subs and views of the three.

The others (including Wave 3) aren't worth discussing (even Finana, who has more subs than Selen and Pomu, is below average in every other metric). There's a powergap between Elira/Selen/Pomu and the rest of NijiEN.

12005670

* HERE IT COMES *
The much awaited all unified chart, based on the Nip ChartBro "mean average of peaks" chart.

This one contains
>HoloJP
>HoloEN
>HoloID
>HoloStars
>NijiJP
>NijiEN
There is no point in adding NijiKR and NijiID, just assume it would be barely visible below the stars.

Notica that this is preliminary data for the month of October and I will replace NijiJP and HoloJP data with whatever result nipChartBro (God bless his nip soul) gets from his calculation.
I try to use the same methodology but I don't know where he is sourcing the data so there may be a very small difference (which is uniform across the companies so none benefit anyway).

Anyway, there is no surprise here, maybe except for two
1) HoloID greatly outranks NijiEN
2) HoloID and NijiJP seems to be converging

Other conclusions from this:
1) NijiEN average of peaks in October was greatly inflated by the debuts and will likely fall in November, assuming they won't debut another wave
2) NijiJP recline from August to October mirrors 2020, with an incline expected in November (if things go like 2020)
3) HoloEN, with the addition of Irys and the Council, is converging to 10k
4) HoloJP, without the Coco buff and with some of their hitters in the dry dock, is still staying ahead of 12k

There is still a full week in October tho, things can change with enough outliers.

They didn't hire themselves. Someone in recruitment though it was a good idea.
Management are doing one thing are blocking native language streams. Do they even do that for ID?
As for recruitment, one of he thing's they ask for on their applications are, "What languages do you speak?" They don't simply leave it at English and Japanese proficiency
Then you have the their Twitter team, they have NijiEN under NijiWorld. While it is true, why not just make a separate Nijisanji English account.

Thanks anon. If you really don't wanna do 31v31, I think 20v20 is fine

5 seems reasonable but 10 is fine too. Props for injecting real numbers back into the thread. Man this really puts it in perspective. Kiara would be a top asset and Aki Rose would be a strong middleweight in Niji

That means there's not much excitement when they get over the collab ban like it is with Hololive.

Both of them were steadily growing in the year of 2019/2020 and found that helping each other out was good for the scene. Hololive suddenly gaining a boost after april was a small unexpected red flag for niji. So behind every mask, they must've felt pressured to have a competitor now and not a monopoly after Sony M invested millions into them.

After the events of Aloe's dox, Niji started doing rounds of announcing that they'll take care the safety of their talents more was one bad flag for Cover. The second one was the Holocaust where companies bailed out on them. The final one was the taiwan yabe. All friendly appearances between the two companies was dropped and no collabs between each other was seen for weeks after the event (Except for Suisei/Toko, those two are unityfags). Anykara just left them to the wolves. Little did they know, the EN branch was a huge bomb in the industry that buffed all the branches. Hololive Moments being the scapegoat to start the clipper era and cement their grounds on YT's algorithm.

After what has happened, it's cool that Cover is not giving any bone to NijiEN and they should keep at it. Just maintain what they have now, focus on stars and no fuckups. Sony or any JP vtuber branch would saturate the JP market even further, killing Niji and their ability to hire decent talents in a few years.

they don't give a fuck about nijisanji. anime man even said that most of kuzuha fans are women. Don't worry holofags, they also spread misinformation about nijisanji. the thing is that they do that same shit as anitubers so that's normal.

>Then sometime after that Connor says Cover is forbidding anymore TT appearances.

Amamiya/Choco, Shiina/Okayu, Bora/Towa, Polka/Himawari just last week, there's lots of collabs out there. Not as much as before but still a lot more.

I think any reasonable person would have thought the laundry list of yabs in a row would’ve killed them.
They just got extremely lucky at the perfect time.

The frequency of it definitely dropped a lot after Taiwan. Of course, anyone who watches streams will know that the livers/chuubas say that it's because they're busy and it's hard to get schedules to match up so it's not like there's no reason given in the first place.

Isn't that their own fault? You don't badmouth your potential collab partner, it's basic.

Kiara never said WHICH management said no, it could very well be Nijisanji's who shot down the collab
