Depends how you define /here/.

Is it someone who acknowledged /vt/ exists or uses lingo clearly from here and has consistently? In which case several HoloENs and NijiENs apply so take your pick.

Is it someone like Lumi (or basically most of Cyberlive or Phase Connect at this point) who is not just aware of here but probably posts directly in threads and directly responds to/talks about posts from here etc? I guess Lumi is the best of those still. This tier of here is probably about the closest one can fly to the sun safely; they aren't totally-reliant on here and aren't making asses of themselves on stream to attempt to please us, which is really a moving target to fulfill that nobody can really hit.

Is it somoene who basically makes 4chan their personality and/or in pitches themselves as """"the"""" 4chan tuber, aka Kiki, Pippa (formerly) Koopa etc? These ones I don't like generally as they are too desperate to pander to us and as a result it comes across as kind of fake. You don't just elect yourself the ambassador of this site to the world even if you're clearly a newfag yourself. I've been here way over a decade but am not pleased at seeing girls being containment breaking faggots sneedposting/frogposting/acting like utter gutter trash from /pol/ etc because they are just trying to hit the lowest common denominator of the side. There are plenty of people from 4chan not about that at all and you see it in the way people like Pomu and Ina talk or in how Mori outright says she's used here etc. In other words they have self-awareness to not act like a meme spouting 14 year old, and some herechuubas don't have that internal limiter.

Don't be retarded. If everyone is /here/, then the term /here/chuuba becomes useless as a descriptor and should be thrown out, or (more reasonably) used for those who openly reference this place.
Also, /here/chuubas don't pander to 4chan so much as they pander to their generals. And that's fine; pandering to the audience you have is literally a chuubas job, whether it's reddit, coomers or clipfags. Doing nothing BUT pandering is what should be worthy of derision.

People can just stay logged in near-permanently you know. The post rate of /vt/ is like fucking 10x the holo reddit's and there is no total tally for the board to indicate what's actually what. A snapshot of IPs from global which dies in like 1-3 hours and keeps dumping/refreshing is not at all an accurate predictor of what's going on with the board nor is it meant to be. All that counter is meant to do is help you figure out of someone is samefagging really hard in a small thread.

I said huge events, where everyone is actively engaged i.e. stickies, which DO track everyone in the thread for a long period of time, and it STILL never comes even close to reddit's most inactive day. Here, you are a complete actual ghost unless you actually-talk and a lot of people will talk either never, once every few days or once every few months etc. The ratio is about 20:1 lurker-poster here. As was said up here >>11982453 there are really degrees of trying to define what "here" even is.

If a chuuba simply is aware of us and hints they may use the board that's kind of good-enough for me and I don't actually want or need them to be bending over backwards trying to pander to us. Some people though mean it more like ones who either explicitly or barely-concealed are using threads about them and responding to posts in them and such.

There is also the matter of not just being here taking things in but actually trying to export /here/ to the chuuba's content and trying to represent yourself as a or the /vt/ or 4chan tuber. I don't really like this personally because a website is not a personality basically. We'd find it very lame if someone tried to just be "the reddit vtuber" or "the twitter vtuber" and it's more like we just give ourselves a break, or at least some here do. I don't mind if chuubas are here and don't mind if they acknowledge we exist but it's kind of lame if they attempt to bend over backwards for our attention.

Yeah she's an interesting case for sure as she's not intimidated at all by the way people talk here and in fact tries to one-up us and outplay / outshitpost her fans. Still not really-really from here originally but I'd consider "here as a in a solid /vt/ user" definitely counts vs "here as in a meta 4chan user." Tourists basically count because /vt/ itself is such a young board.

There can be a depth of /here/ too, as in using chuuba threads in /jp/ going back to maybe 2018, but, I don't tend to see strong hints of that in the current /here/chuubas. Rather, some of them like Mori, who dropped a hint she was on /jp/ right in her debut, already are big names anyway, kind of above any specific website at this point. There also wasn't a strong identity to 4chan being actually a direct link to chuubas back then because we were all just watchin Holos and Nijis (and the myriad other things at the time) and were all just onlooker EOPs and JSLs from the sidelines, an identity strictly as fans very far from interaction with them rather than it all getting intermingled like now.

seems I'm not the only one thinking it's inadequate to just say /here/ these days. As much as I'd like people to adopt 1/2/3 or ABC tiers, probably nobody's gonna agree on it unless a mod stickied it on the board or something to standardize it. what someone will have to do is just make an infographic chart detailing it and maybe that'll start to get posted around.

It seems at the basic root we do have a general idea of a difference between longtime 4chan users who became chuubas (like koopa basically) vs random chuubas (like beatani) who came here specifically to market themselves, do research or get anonymous feedback. Technically I'd even put in a third category of newfag vs veteran in "4channer who became a chuuba", like I'd put pippa and kiki as newfags and koopa/nyanners as oldfags etc.

that vtweeting omegatranny whore should 41%himself for his incompetence and pretentious lore, which will only make it harder for council members to "roleplay" as the fucking embodiments of concepts created by humanity. More similar to friend's little sister that I'm fond of but there's no sexual interest.

Pippa is like a hot cousin that you get along with really well with but only see every so often. You fool around a couple times after you both have had too much to drink, but both of you are ashamed of yourselves afterwards.

The stigma against the site at-large still exists. No matter how idiotic that ends up being, it’s still a prevalent cause of normalfags being too scared to delve. It’s more of keeping the hungry blind away from the board so they don’t overtake it. Sometimes, I think the only saving grace is the ability to filter normalfags with gamer words and admonishing name/avatarfaggotry.
