If you believe what she says, her absolute strength is pretty how (every time cooking is brought up she mentions she doesn't have enough strength to effectively use a knife, she says that when playing darts she has to utilize a special throwing technique to compensate for her low strength, etc). Her stamina is pretty good though, as her concerts can run pretty long. I think Parallel Time ran for over two hours? She would also have good coordination of her body, especially her core/breathing. People really underestimate how difficult it is to dance and sing together and make both sound/look good. There's a reason why the more sedentary Holos prerecord (and even then they sometimes sound winded).

I don't feel very optimistic about this, but if can get screenshots of Sora it'll be worth it. Maybe. OK probably not.
