Two options:
>1. They'll slowly decay and be overtaken by other companies (probably including Nijisanji, but also some smaller company will probably skyrocket too) but remain a strong competitor among them for a while
>2. They'll finally actually have the final yab people on this board won't shut up about and will collapse over a few months at most, with all their biggest talent leaving en masse (possibly to form new companies or join competitors)
The former will take a couple years (and the others will take even longer to hit their sub levels, I'm talking more viewcount and profit here) but is almost inevitable eventually, the latter could happen at any time but could also just never happen.
Can't reallyy see anything else (such as Hololive standing strong but someone else meeting them there) happening, although no one would've predicted Hololive exploding the way it did in the first place or a brand new EN girl becoming #1 either, so who knows.
Don't listen to people comparing them to Disney or Google. Both of those cases are so unstoppable because they were able to buy up a ton of others in their industry and have enough capital to influence the governement to get their way. Something like that is impossible with the current vtuber industry, and even if it was possible Cover would never have the competence to pull it off.

Never. They got insane buffs from JP clippers to build up a core base of Holo fans and can pretty much coast by on their brand name alone. The only tangible threat would be if NijiEN decides to go full throttle on releasing a huge variety of streamers like they currently have with JP, though Cover's overseas business model coupled with Ina's personal talent pool (for now at least, her circle of acquaintances can only extend so far) makes this threat minimal.
