Sana
Years of doing gacha art day after day have turned Ina's art sterile. Her old Megumeme and Jeanne artworks were way better as "art" but probably took way more time and her skills were less polished.
Sana never lost her soul doing art despite going corporate. Her art is full of personality, her style is unique and appealing, her use of colors and backgrounds is better. Yeah she probably completes less projects in the same timeframe than Ina who's extremely fast but the end result is way more charming.

Ina is very corporate, clean, and predictable. Sana makes use of a more vast array of colors, each character feels unique, and has a knack of making her art feel more natural.

Her coloring, composition, and BG's carry her art real hard. All Ina has is her anatomy, and realistic style which imo gets boring to look at after a while.

People get confused when they find out Picasso could draw a normal horse. Any artist at Ina or Sana’s level can reproduce almost any style… given enough time. Ina’s done much more interesting pieces in the past. But a) drawing cute anime girls are her favorite and b) she gets paid a lot of money to draw cute anime girls with extremely clean line work, quickly and on a schedule. Part of the reason other artists are always praising her is her speed which is what determines how much you make as an artist. She could slow down and do things in a different style, experiment, etc but see points a and b. What’s her motivation?

I find it way more impressive when a singer can just hold a tone for a long time. It makes them seem powerful, like Gura.

Everytime I hear that, I just feel like its a cop out.

While it's not simple to really say which one is "better", each clearly has their own strong suits, and have crafted their styles to reflect the strengths accordingly.
Ina's accuracy and intense levels of detail, particularly in the clothes and anatomy of her works make them seem almost like fine-art portraits, while Sana's dynamic expressions and bright colors really make her pieces pop to seem more lively. In a way, their artwork is inherently indicative of their personalities irl.
I'd love to see more Art from Sana on-stream or at least post-stream before further speculation, since her art is still new. Meanwhile, we've seen Ina's technique improve over the year, along with her speed and confidence on-stream in that same amount of time. I'd love to see the two together do more art, but Sana still seems to be keeping her powerlevel hidden besides official Holoworks, and her own portrait.
All in all, there's two absolutely phenomenal artists in EN right now, and whichever one is "better" is up to personal preference more than anything else.

Ina, Sana takes longer to draw on stream which means she spends more time to drawn offstream too. Ina for giving focus to the main characters (the girls) of the drawing and Sana for all the extra clutter that autist focus on (space around the girls)

I said it before but Ina is better at drawing characters and is much faster, but Sana is a detail and color oriented artist. They're both good, but Ina is better when she actually takes her time instead of focusing on speed. Pic related is amazingly detailed and the pose is something not many people can pull off. Her drawing for SV was very good too.

I’m too used to ina’s art so Sana’s style is fresh to me. Maybe it’ll get dull too after a while. Either way, I would like for Ina to do experimental drawing stream wherein she tries and study other shading techniques. That would be fun but wont be a conducive drawing study for ina tho.
