It's simple, Views = Quality and Quality = Quality too. Pekorr is the best in both departments which is why the metric for success needs to be based off of these two factors. In addition VoD views are not reliable because live viewership figures are a much stronger way of displaying who is willing to watch you. If you're popular and entertaining enough people will watch you regardless of the timezones, which is why TV companies care much more about live viewing figures instead of those from some shitty re-run the next day.
