She played fairly often early on before everyone dropped the EN server.
It's easy to forget how much she used to play though because she never got anything done.

Gura needs more Kouhais to play with.

While the JP portal started it, I really think is just because she is really having fun.
When Council just got announced she said that she cried of happiness watching the video because now she would have more friends to talk with, since she cannot collab properly with most of the JP ones and clearly is too shy or nervous to collab with people outside of Hololive.

Last stream was 7 hours and mostly was her following them around and talking to them but still was really fun. I am glad she feels a bit happier now. I really love the chemistry between her and Kronii.

I think the whole takamori thing was made up by kiara in the latter progress of things before debuting, I never liked it since it felt too forced and it seems like they dropped it too, for real recently since Kiara talked about it, where it limited themselves too much.

I was worried that when Council was new it seemed like they did it again, twice. (Kronii x Sana, Mumei x Fauna) they did stuff with that week 1 but I am glad they already dropped it for the most part. I don't think it was so much Cover but Alpha that wanted to give them lore.
That said I am just happy that the lastest streams don't feel as forced than forcing them to collab with eachother, they are really fun, I love how lively everything is now.

And the reason is - The Great HoloEN Recline. If they would play other games, people would see how fast they recline. So management forced them to play minecraft as much as possible. Little do they know that it only delays the inevitable just for a little bit.

She has people who live in timezones that will kneel to her. The rest of myth can and do blow her off and ignore her but council has to kneel to her.

Until EN2, the only one who actually played at a similar time zone to her is Ame, and for some fucking reason they got real awkward about that and the Gurame thing and eased off it.

That's a big part of it, the EN server was dead in part because they didn't really have the resources the JP one did for a lot of things, and even if they put in huge effort, who was there to show it off to? The 1 or 2 other genmates who actually played the game more than once every month or two? Compared to the JP server where there are 30+ players and landmarks do actually get noticed collectively, there just never felt like a strong point to EN server.

They brought in IDs sometimes but it didn't really help much because it always felt more like a fucking time killing tour or even conjugal visit than something serious, since they already had shop set up on the JP server. Council (and Irys) suddenly doubling+ the pool of players helped but also adding in the possibility literally any JPs can come and see their creations now really really opened up a good reason to actually put some effort into their stuff.
