Some vtubers don’t appeal to me, so I don’t watch them. However, I acknowledge others find them appealing and I respect their tastes even though I don’t share them.

There would be no posts because everyone would be off doing things with their wives and kids

I'm okay with my oshi having a boyfriend. Vtubers are entertainers, not idols, and what they do in their free time is none of our business.
People who want to worship vtubers as idols shouldn't be welcome in our community. These people place undue stress on virtual streamers to reach unrealistically pure standards, and are the main sources of drama.
Expecting someone not to have a relationship because of their job is inhumane.

Kiara is adorable, but I feel she has a lack of filter.

I think that as long as somebody signs an employment contract without duress, in a sober state of mind, and otherwise can give informed consent to the contract, that very few lifestyle qualifiers are "unreasonable" and that it's in fact the court of public opinion that is being unreasonable in trying to outlaw the existence of certain arbitrary lifestyle restrictions because they're supported by people that they dislike.

I'm enjoying my oshi's streams as pure entertainment and I like my oshi as a content creator only. I put a casual amount of time into following streams, I'm not at all spending beyond what I can afford on merch and supas.
And most importantly: I will never, ever ever be more emotionally attached to my oshi than I am to my real life relationships. Overall, VTubers are a great casual hobby and I'm totally in control of my emotions and finances.
