I expected much worse. He stands by the core argument about what a vtuber is and that people using facecam or posting selfies aren't delivering a pure vtuber experience, which remains a correct statement. He's just apologizing for some of the language he used, which is fine by me if it means people don't have stupid fucking kneejerk takes and call him fundamentally incorrect just because he said mean things about women.

Ultimately this will have no impact, when drama strikes on twitter 90% of people won't stick around to see the person's response to it. It's like lightning.
