My hopeful speculation is that she's not sick or anything bad, she's taking a break to try to fix her sleep schedule since she mentioned that she hasn't been sleeping well lately (0-4 hours a night near the end of February from what I could tell) and her friend and manager told her that lack of sleep is probably contributing to her sickness lately.
