I don't feel like doing a mass reply but people often have the wrong idea because they don't frequent enough streamers, Nina doesn't have a dedicated gachikoi but she isn't doing poorly either, just none really latched onto her (which can be a double edged sword).
People really don't get that many subs/donos outside of big events that are literally made for that (subathons, donothons, or whatever name they give it). And when Nina did that she got around 800 only on donos, but the format wasn't really optimized and lacked overall goals to incite people into donating (if she plans on doing something similar, I would suggest those that are on discord to comment a bit on it).
And Nina literally was under the 200s two months ago, today she had 360 people without any raids, she has friends that support and cheer her on, she's putting a lot of effort into what she wants and getting better every day.
For those that want/can support her with subs and donations, she's grateful, but she's plenty happy to see people actually enjoying her content and having fun with it.
Honestly, she has shown nothing but satisfaction and happiness in regards to her vtubing carreer.
And you gotta remember that Holo gen3 will open up soon-ish, Vshojo is around, and Nijisanji is too. The small corpos are hit or miss but a few of them give nice support with different things

People also need to remember that Nina does things at her own pace. She doesn't chase after fotm or view-bait trends, didn't do much upward raiding for a long time even if it was out of discomfort, and basically just did things that she wanted to do. I think it gave her a very loyal following, but her independence probably dissuaded big gachikois and groomers.
She's doing well for herself and is clearly enjoying things. We need to have some faith in her and keep cheering her on.

Yeah, it's pretty chill. Nina doesn't actually chat much in her own discord; she occasionally engages in small talk or light banter with her viewers once or twice a day at most, and the only favoritism she shows is to a few of her mods and longest-term regulars, which is understandable since they're essentially friends of hers. And that really only takes the form of her talking to them slightly more often. Her discord feels more like a viewer hangout where she makes occasional appearances just to be friendly, than the kind of circlejerk some chuuba discords turn into.
