I come from the year 2024.

By that time, "vtubers" as you know them will have ceased to exist.

The concept of using a virtual character to represent oneself in one's content has become so ubiquitous that calling yourself a "vtuber" would simply sound absurd, comparable to someone today calling themself a "phone user", making something so universal a named trait of your identity would simply seem bizarre.
By 2022, mainstream western celebrities will start using virtual avatars, western companies will begin using them in ads, talkshow hosts and politicians will reference it.
Consequently, by 2024 the novelty of actual "vtubers" like those of hololive will have worn out entirely, their popularity will have long dispersed into nothingness.
They will be seen as quite literally no different from regular female twitch streamers, because they WILL be no different from regular twitch streamers.
Most of you will have lost interest in them and most of the current popular "vtubers" will be retired.

You know, this is very possible since COVID will probably end at the very least this summer in some countries. People starts to going back to their jobs, students starts to attend classes in uni and schools, and unemployed people starts to find jobs. This means less time for watching VTubers, hence the decline.
