You don't call out specific viewers who just want to lurk. You do pretty much what big streamers do and talk to your audience as a whole.

The userlist doesn't actually reflect who is watching your stream anyway. It's specifically "Users in Chat", not "Viewers". Anybody who isn't logged in obviously won't be there, but neither will anybody who has the chat closed. Conversely, anybody who joins your chat without opening the stream (such as bots), will be in the list even though they don't count toward your total viewers.

Just always talk as if people are lurking your stream. Unless your gameplay/content can be entertaining on it's own, such as if you're a speedrunner, artist, or singer, then your personality is the only source of entertainment, which means that you should always be showing your personality even when nobody is chatting. 90% of the people who visit your channel will be there to watch, not to chat. If the stream isn't entertaining to someone who just wants to watch, then they have literally no reason to stick around.

So no, don't talk to yourself like a schizo. Talk to nameless faceless people that may or may not be watching you like a paranoid schizo.
