I assume if someone was being too much of a sperg in your chat you'd give them a timeout or tell them off. As long as you keep doing that then it can have an influence on the rest of chat and keep the normalfags in check.

Some chuubas (like bessie and lilyhops) have done nothing to combat it and their chats put a lot of people off.
