Does Vitubia have any great massacres or violations of human rights, not just blanket genocides but descriptions that go into first person perspectives and emotions from soldiers and victims like those of other massacres in human history, I suppose that would also require understanding the circumstances that lead to those but it would certainly be interesting.
There has to be some planets where there was a great deadbeat purge.

Dissolution and Desolation. It's up to the writers how but I think the default is a chuubanite criticality event followed by rampant schizo raids and meido attacks. Either way the nation and its people no longer exist with their specific original identity when all is said and done unless a reincarnation occurs.
