Probably but she wouldn't have been better off. She would get caught in a cycle of hiatus until this year and having hololive pressure on her would make things more stressful for her. One benefit of her graduation is she was able to hide away when bad things happened and she had a smaller fanbase she could trust and lean on instead of having the whole world watching her. I think Polka and Lamy could have and would have been more then willing to wrangle her menhera but they would have eventually drifted apart as they all became busier and she would be stressed as hell because she woild believe she was dragging everyone else down.

We need to remember the biggest reason she is even still active at all is because of Ruki. Even today when Delta made the announcement she was extremely nervous and Ruki spent time with her calming her down and bringing her back down the earth.
