For the record, the bulk of Phase median incline came from the Nov 11 "waiting room verification fix"

Here anons, a chart to help you guys illustrate.

There are actually three things happening there
1) Pippa got out of her downward spiral more or less in the end of september, and that started pushing the average up (without influencing the median, still anchored down by the other girls)
2) Nov 11 is the date of the "waiting room uncull", and it reflects on the rest of the girls numbers, pushing the median up IMMEDIATELY
3) Through what looks like natural incline and smart use of raids between them they are still growing at a good pace, but not as steeply as the growth caused by the uncull

That's what it looks like from a "chart reading" perspective but I don't really watch Phase so I would have no idea of other factors
