How about you do the math? Rigging, illustration for costumes etc. 3d, merch preparing, managing and a lot of other stuff are not cheap. And she's nowhere to be found near others when it comes to earnings. It's just wasting budget at this point. They could save it and use it for much better projects that can actually improve the company as a whole.
