The most based right now? It is without a doubt Rwanda. Not joking or anything. Rwanda actually seems really nice. It's one of the most safe countries in the whole of africa, it's also the most clean because they have the littering laws as singapore. It's also advancing fast in economics. And they have milk bars and love milk which is unfathomably based for a non-western country. Also it's kind of a ethnostate. Most countries in Africa have like 500 languages but Rwanda has only one, kinyarwanda. Yes they had that whole tutsi vs hutu thing, but it's very downplayed today and they speak the same language so it was only a tribal thing. Pic related is the capital Kigali. I highly recommend searching for videos on Kigali on youtube, it's so clean I'm actually amazed. Cleanest city in Africa. I want to visit unironically.
