Do not fret by other's opinions on your oshi. The images they constantly refer to are outdated and not even relevant, since she was in a black company during that time (and she already mentioned being a stress-eater).
Now, with proper idol training and more people caring about her she's been keeping well health-wise, which is even more important than whatever a random anti may post about. They don't care about her in the slightest, they just want to stir shit up.
