It's simply what the audience wants, she just gives it to them. When an argument like this comes up I always remember how much cringy and disgusting shit Gura said and done before joining hololive. And look at her now, worst she does is a little insinuation once in a blue moon. She tries her hardest to not even swear, at all.
Different audience, different rules, different mood obliges a streamer to create different content. Kiara is a special case because for all her swearing and crass jokes she actually cares a whole lot about hololive, senpais, customs, culture etc. Like, that waiting for Ina stream was hilarious, she knows what hololive audience would like. And Vei probably loves being an indie and how much freedom it gives her. She knows what her audience would like.
In some alternative timeline very similar to our own Vei is in hololive, making great comfy streams, soothing everyone with her voice. And people are going crazy because their precious Vei is gonna collab with that whore Kiara from vshoujo, who's swearing constantly and can't shut up about lusting over other girls.
