This is also interesting for another reason: reddit is a blackhole of engagement.
People consume whatever is in front of them there and NEVER EVER access the original source or engage with it (as it's clearly seen by the number of votes vs. actual number of views in other platforms linked in the same post)

Another interesting things is that coub is clearly overlooked as a platform for spreading material outside the usual western circles. The audience is there, it just doesn't have any name recognition, and that is not even the main ruskie platform
